Recently debuted, The Union HTX is a newly restored Victorian styled venue in the Old Sixth Ward off Washington Avenue. Its location starts near the infamous Arts District and is filled with creativity and poise.
Local creatives of all medias are coming to The Union HTX for an opportunity to share their work. This cute, little bungalow holds up to 150 people and has amenities such as tables, chairs and generous amounts of parking.
Whether you are scheduling a productive business meeting, celebrating a birthday or hosting a baby shower, The Union HTX offers a variety of packages to fit your needs.
The current exhibition, Prima Materia is featuring Houston's own, Darwin Arevalo and Grace Zuniga and their exhibition will be available until March 22, 2019.
The walls are displayed with various pieces by these local artists, which urge each of us to inquire about "memory, migration and mortality via the transformation of material and matter." -The Union HTX
Within these walls, creativity runs rampant and is perfect venue for inspiration for all creatives! Fellow photographers, this one is for you, especially those who specialize in natural light. The venue's wall-to-ceiling windows offer bright side light and even diffused light during our cloudy days. The chestnut wooden floors are a perfect addition for styled sessions as well.
